Dress Rehearsals and Concerts at Lincoln Performing Arts Center

Dress Rehearsal:  3.5 hours x $120 = $420

Concert:  4 hours x $120 = $480

Rehearsals (7 per concert cycle) – $50 per night

May Concert at Riverside Park

Park Rental:  $750

Chair rental:  $200

Porta potty rental:  $425

Tent rental:  $650

Percussion rental:  $150

Truck rental:  $125

Paid Positions

5 concerts each position

Conductor: $1800/concert

Concertmaster: $200/concert

Personal Director: $150/concert

Librarian: $150/concert

Administrative Assistant: $600/month

Photographer: $150/concert

Sound Technician: $500/concert

Other Expenses

Music rental/purchase: about $1500 for the season

Guest Artists: about $5000 for the season

Printed program notes: $50 – $100 per concert (5 concerts)

Storage Unit:  $150 per month

Website: $500

Oakland Univ. Cooperative Orchestra Library membership: $350
